- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health and behavior to the care team.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA is preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
